Acceptable but With Issues
convenient locationbroken bunk beddirty dishes
The location was convenient for public transport because a metro stop was nearby and a bus stop was just outside the building.
The bunk bed in my family room was broken upon arrival so my daughter had to sleep on a mattress on the floor I was told no other rooms were available. The breakfast was a free for all and the staff seemed uninterested in clearing tables I saw lots of dirty dishes in the breakfast room. The staff seemed to ignore requests to clean a table and food was not marked for allergy information so my daughter became ill after eating something she was allergic to.
